Rich Falk Basketball Camp at First Immanuel Lutheran
The Falk family is excited to bring the Rich Falk Basketball Camp to First Immanuel. Camp owner Geoff Falk is married to Joanna Falk, whose maiden name was Joanna Pinnow. The Pinnow family has been members of First Immanuel since 1968. Ruth Pinnow taught at First Immanuel for many years and David, Joanna, Krista (now Krista Spaletto), and Miriam Pinnow (now Miriam Stoll) attended FIL as students. Multiple family weddings, baptisms, and funerals have occurred at First Immanuel. This deep connection brought this camp opportunity. The Falk family is honored to have the opportunity to provide a day camp for local aspiring basketball players.
This day camp will focus on basketball fundamentals and team concepts that will help aspiring basketball players make their next team and improve each day. The goal with young players is to focus on fundamentals, teach boys to play effectively, and make basketball so fun that boys want to keep playing. In an age of travel teams, AAU programs, and a focus on playing games, our camps focus on teaching skills, as we have for nearly 50 years. That is why we have remained the state’s longest-running basketball camp. We hope your son will join us.
Camp will run Monday, June 22 through Wednesday, June 24:
8:00-9:30am: 3rd and 4th grades
9:45-11:15am: 5th and 6th grades
11:30pm-1:00pm: 7th and 8th grades
Camp fee is $75 and each camper will get a camp t-shirt. Please complete the registration form to register your son here
